A methodic ToT Workshop

A six-day methodic ToT workshop was conducted for the teachers of grade eight of ALP literacy schools in Kabul and Balkh provinces.

This workshop was organized by Afghan National Association for Adult Education (ANAFAE) with the support of Kabul and Balkh education directorates and DVV-International from 20 to 25 February 2021 in order to increase the capacity of teachers of ALP literacy schools.

In this workshop, the teachers learned new methods of teaching related to school subjects, management, and how to teach and behave with adult learners.

The master trainers of ANAFAE advanced the ToT workshop using brainstorming, group work, questions and answers, and a demo class method.

At the end of the workshop, ANAFAE handed over the completion certificate to the teachers in the presence of a MoE representative who was monitoring the ToT workshop during the six days ToT workshop.
